Best Thai cooking school (have been to three, this is no doubt the best). Huge compound with its own herb and vegetable garden; very well-equipped and hygienic classrooms. Special commendation to Satang, our teacher, and the two trainees who were with us for the market trip and the cooking segment - their wonderful energy made the whole experience very fun.

An incredible experience! Each person cooks three of their own dishes from a selection they provide, and they give you all the tools and instructions to do it from scratch. The instructors are the best—very good, attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would go back again and again!

A superb experience, with a very friendly team who first took us to the local market to explain the ingredients used. This was followed by a visit to the workshop's organic vegetable garden, and then the step-by-step preparation of three savory dishes, as well as dessert and Thai tea!

A must-do, even solo (as part of a pre-existing group)!

I recently joined this cooking class in Chiang Mai, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. We first visited a local market to learn about the ingredients, which was really interesting and a great start to the day.

After the market tour, we cooked five different dishes ourselves, and everything turned out delicious. Our instructor, Tida, was especially amazing — she was extremely kind, cheerful, and created a fun atmosphere throughout the entire class. She explained everything clearly, helped us whenever needed, and made the experience truly enjoyable.

We even received a cookbook at the end, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Chiang Mai, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you so much to Tida and the whole team for such a fantastic day!

We loved our cooking class (2 adults 1 child), our teacher Satang was so lovely. Our son was too young to cook himself but she did such a lovely job including him (he was her little helper for the night). The tour of the market prior was great too. You have a little time to explore yourself after they explain the main ingredients you’ll be cooking with later. Before we started cooking at the school we did a tour of their garden. We cooked 5 items. You can select a soup, curry and stir fry of your choice. The hotel pick up was on time too. I highly recommend this cooking class.

We found this through another site that gave it great reviews and I agree this is a great place to take a cooking class. Nook our chef was so great! Fun, interactive and personable. We got to go to the market first to get our supplies, then visited the organic garden at the school and then made three dishes!! Plus Thai tea and mango sticky rice!!! It was so fun! Our other guests were so fun to meet and get to know. They gave us to go boxes for leftovers and a cook book. I would definitely book a half day class. We did the morning which I think is best. Even provide pick up and drop off. Book here and you won’t be disappointed!
