From Hostel Kitchen to 6-Acre Paradise
What started as a small hostel kitchen has grown into Chiang Mai’s most beloved cooking school. For 10 years now, Mama Noi has watched thousands of students discover not just how to cook pad kra pao or khao soi, but how food connects hearts across cultures.
